Configuration of PE Series Jaw Crushers:

This machine is mainly made up of main frame, eccentric shaft, driving wheel, fly wheel, moving jaw, side protecting plate, toggle, toggle seat, gap adjustment rod, reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. Toggle plays role of protection.

Working principle of PE Series Jaw Crushers:

PE series jaw crusher is powered by electrical motor, through the motor V-belt and grooved wheel drive the movable jaw set in reciprocate movement at predetermined track. The material is crushed in the cavity composed by fixed jaw plate, movable plate, and side protecting plate, and discharged the end product from the bottom discharge opening.
