Working principle of SZZ Series Vibrating Screen:

The motor makes the exciter rotating speedily through the V-belt. The rotating eccentric block produces great centrifugal force, which makes the sieve box do circular motion of some amplitude, and that makes the materials on the screen surface successively tossed forward. In this process of thrown-up materials with smaller size than the mesh is falling through, the classification is achieved.

Configuration of SZZ Series Vibrating Screen:

It is mainly composed of screen box, mesh, vibrator, motor base, supporting leg and so on. It adopts drum-type eccentric shaft exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude. The lateral plate is made of the high quality steel plate，the side plate, beam and underframe of vibrators are connected by high strength bolts and rivet.
