Working principle of PFL vertical shaft impact crusher:

This machine feed and discharge materials by the materials’ self-respect. The materials enter into the crushing cavity fall on the upper rotor guard disc, and then thrown toward to the impact plate to crushing by centrifugal force, the materials will return to the cavity and fall by rebounding force and gravity, when materials hit the rotor with high speed rotation, it will be broken by hammer again, so that the materials do counterattack broken again. Like this reciprocating, the material in the ring with the "Z"-shaped motion to repeatedly hammering and recoil. When materials to the lower rotor guard disc, it come to be level acceleration, this is not only delayed the blanking speed, but also increase the chance of crushing, and change the running direction of the material, increasing the collide probability of material. It will repeat the initial crushing process when the materials under the lower rotor guard disc, after repeatedly crushing like this, the materials size reduced significantly, and powdered materials accounts for a large proportion when the material discharged through the discharge opening.
